"The staff is fantastic and very helpful, even called my B&B at the Rome airport to inquire about airport shuttle for us there. The room is basic and functional. The bed was comfortable and good shower. Really cool 100 year old cage elevator up to our room. We chose this property because it’s directly across from the train station and we had a 7am departure. The area itself is as you would expect near a station..a little grungy. We walked to the harbor and that was a bit sketchy too from here so...

There was some noise from the back of the hotel where our room was, but being in a metropolitan area, it could not be helped. Breakfast service was more than expected. "Nice bright decor. Clean room, firm bed and firm pillows which I like. Hotel is 5 mins walk to ferry point and 3 mins to a really good Gelato Centrale. Construction outside hotel makes parking quite challenging but hotel staff parked our car for us at a private carpark."

"Room is very nice, but location is very inconvenient. There is no way to contact the hotel from the downstairs area, as hotel is on the 3rd floor. The elevator to the hotel is on the back of the entrance, down a long hallway. Only after registration, we did get a code for the building entrance."
