Family owned business and very friendly owners, they will help you with anything you need. It was a really nice and relaxing stay after all day of sightseeing and walking. Location is easily reachable from nearby popular towns and cities in puglia "

The atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly and calm, the absolute highlight being the owners/reception staff that always greeted us with a smile and advice on where to spend our days around Castro such as where the best beach could be found. "I enjoyed my stay here however there were many disappointments as well. The room wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly. After reading the reviews on Google l was expecting a friendly environment. I didn’t get this. The restaurant was good however it was...

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"La struttura è molto bella, silenziosa e rilassante. Consiglierei di migliorare alcune cose: intorno alla piscina, specialmente dalla parte in cui l'acqua è più profonda, far passare qualcuno per dare una spazzata, è piena di semi di palma che danno fastidio durante il cammino; a fine stagione quando svuotate la piscina passare della resina trasparente per tenere incollate le pietre nella parte bassa della pisciana. Per il resto tutto perfetto. "
