"Absolutely happy with the staff, particularly Sharon, she is so helpful & has a friendly smile anytime of the day. My only issue was that I was quoted a price in GBP by Expedia but the hotel had a higher rate when converted from USD therefore I paid more than agreed. I also wanted to pay for my stay in ECD, however the payment was taken from my account in advance without authorisation which incurred a charge. "lovely stay, i was there for a week and it was great! it's not an all-inclusive resort so if you are expecting that then don't. but that's not what i wanted i wanted a beautiful, air conditioned hotel that was a 1 minute walk from a beach and i got exactly that!!! "

"The room and view was spectacular, the food was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was no pool available which was really disappointing. We were told by concierge that we’d receive a 15% refund by Expedia but we’ve heard nothing yet. "

"Tired worn down older hotel on an exquisitely beautiful ( mostly) quiet beach. 20 minute walk to restaurants in Grand Anse. Few dining options near hotel. Loud ( music decibel) party boats crowded with cruise ship people visited the beach ruining the quiet vibe - which was the best part of it. Would not return. Would stay on Grand Anse instead. "

"Good food (the Plywood has the best fish tacos I've ever had, and im from NY). EXCELLENT BEACH. Pleasant front desk (Kathleen and Alister). The room and the proper in general needs some renovations, but it was SPOTLESS.
