"Firstly took us 1.5 hrs to get checked in they charged us 2 times went to the pool and was closed then re opened for them to say that we needed swimming hats but the shop was closed till 430 so 1 hrs after we got there 2 little children just staring at the water and crying because they wanted to go in the water"

"The location is perfect if you don’t have access to a car, everything is in walking distance and it’s in a safe area. The staff were amazing and so supportive. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. I would stay here again if I return to Tropea"

"Best part is the rooftop breakfast and bar for sunset viewing. The room and bath were adequate only, no privacy between rooms. There are 2-2/12 flights of cement stairs to get to the reception area , which isnt stated or evident in the listing, and a flight more to the rooftop breakfast room. "
