"The customer service at this hotel is fantastic! The water slides were awesome and the young, female bartender at the casino was amazing! I went in there to order food to take back to the room and gamble while I waited. She was so friendly and on top of everything. "

"The staff is always friendly when you come in. They remember you if you have traveled there frequently. The rooms are clean and well organized and a large work desk for business papers is nice. A comfortable chair in the corner of the room with good lighting allows reading of material. Although I would recommend a foot rest. The bed is excellent with nice pillows. The small refrigerator will hold any goodies you have brought with you or they have a lovely selection of snacks at the hotel desk grocery area. In the summertime the outdoor sitting area has a lovely fire pit. I will continue to always stay when in The area. Old Chicago is within walking distance."
