"Nuestra estadía en Hotel Casa Wagner fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en el corazón de Brasov, lo que hizo muy fácil explorar la ciudad y disfrutar de sus principales atracciones. La habitación era hermosa, amplia y extremadamente cómoda. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, creando un ambiente acogedor y relajante después de un día de paseo. Además, el personal fue excepcionalmente amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar y a asegurarse de que tuviéramos una experiencia agradable. Sin duda recomendaríamos Hotel Casa Wagner a cualquiera que visite Brasov y esperamos regresar en el futuro."

"Excellent location. Most helpful staff, really doing their best. Make sure you reserve parking as there are only 3 allocated places and there is a HUGE problem finding the parking around. Also, if you have limitations make sure you ask for lower floors, as the stairs are very steep and there is no elevator. Maintenance was a big issue - for the 5 days we stayed there they were not able to fix the A/C and it was really hot. Also, other small issues were not resolved. The staff tried, but not succesful"

"There was a bit of miscommunication with our booking at the beginning. When we arrived at the assigned location, we were unable to access the apartment. After contacting customer service, we were informed that a different location had been assigned to us and that the first address had been sent by mistake. We then drove to the correct location, which was part of a very large apartment complex, so it took some time to find the right building. Once we located it, we were able to access the apartment easily by following the instructions sent to our email. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and beautifully decorated with a unique purple-themed interior. There were also a couple of grocery stores within walking distance, which made shopping very convenient. During our 3-night stay, we did not encounter any issues. The location of the property was also very convenient, being close to the highway, which made it easy to drive to other places without worrying about getting stuck in the traffic of Brasov main area."
