The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool. Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area. The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. "Not too exciting, there was no one at reception or to help with the luggage when we arrive. Staff not too excited to serve guests. Our driver and guide had issues with their accommodation, they were asked to pay for that. Nothing much to see in surrounding as well. "

"We enjoyed our time at Center Park. They organized our elephant safari and taxis into town which was just a five minute drive. The staff were very friendly and the pool was a nice break from the heat. It was a bit dirty but the stagf cleaned it when we asked. Also, the ac doesn’t work with power outages so I would recommend going in the cooler season if possible. The buffet they offered was mainly indian food and tasted good, but overall the food was a bit overpriced for Nepal in our opinion....

"We had a lovely stay at Tiger tops and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. We are glad we stayed 4 nights so we had plenty of time enjoying the safari. We couldnt have asked for a better guide, Sam was genuine and you could tell he loves his job. The only thing I would wish for to give it a 5 star would be air condition and wifi that works in the room."
