"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"Francesco and Roberta and entire staff made us felt like we were at home. Clean and fully modern renovated rooms. The property is located in a rural quiet area only a few kilometres from center of Galipoli. Would stay there again. Each night they made an aperitivo drink and small plates which included lasagna, eggplant parmegiano and other delicious foods. A hidden gem!"

Il bagno è stretto e lungo con doccia accettabile. Dista 15 minuti in auto dalle spiagge di Gallipoli. Il proprietario è soprattutto le sue 2 zie sono cordiali e familiari, preparano la colazione dalle 8:30 esclusivamente con dolci fatti in casa molto graditi. Buona la pulizia in 15 giorni fatta 3 volte con cambio asciugamani e...

"I booked the junior suite for 3 adults but on arrival, the staff were rude and insisted I only booked the room for 2 adults. They eventually added a very uncomfortable make-shift bed and charged me €30 more per night. The hotel is also in a very bad location and is only accessible if you have a car (you can't walk as it's off a motorway). They're only short of charging you for using tap water. The hotel was empty during our stay and it felt like we weren't welcome. Avoid this place at all cost...
