The most wonderful stay. The villa is beautiful, The couple running it (Marion and Martin) are the sweetest and nicest people who works very hard to make the villa feel like a 5 star boutique hotel. Even the coffee is made on a super high-end machine I never saw in a hotel, the breakfast is legendary and the location is a dream, quiet and beautiful. We also got a lot of tips on what to do and had the best time ever!

I highly recommend this villa when staying in Upper Bavaria because of location, amenities, shower, room, breakfast, safety, cleanliness, and the owner. Sebastian and his wife were nice and super friendly. Sebastian was very responsive and he gave me all these recommendations where to eat and hike. The villa is close to train and bus stations. Clean Room and helpful staff.

Gästehaus Funk is a wonderful place to rest, relax and enjoy! The staff are so friendly and professional. The decor is meticulously maintained and is spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this wonderful gästehaus!

Nice modern hotel which once an insurance company. So you have the feel of staying in an historic hotels with modern amenities.

Great location. We had a large terrace with amazing views of the castle and mountains. Rooms were large with ample space. Hotel offered two restaurants and a complimentary breakfast each day. Also offered free parking.

The hotel and staff were great. The location has wonderful view. There is currently road construction that blocks the road to the free hotel parking some part of time.

Absolutely amazing family run cozy hotel. Quiet neighborhood, in a small Bavarian community, great breakfast selection. Rooms are very comfortable. We had a balcony I believe all rooms do. Ver new , clean, great family room!

I enjoyed staying here so much that I came back during the same trip for a longer stint and stayed an additional night on top of that. I would definitely consider returning when I am once again back in Bad Reichenhall

Loved our stay here! When we arrived Sam, at the front desk, helped us get settled straight away. The hotel is directly across the street from the train station but you cannot hear trains pass. We got a room over looking the river which was very relaxing. The breakfast, which was included, was great!
