"Hotel Kalos has misrepresented itself on the hotels.com platform. They have photos of Hotel Nike, their sister hotel, listed as the ones for hotel Kalos. When we were led to our room it was a disgusting, run down, falling apart hotel. We were afraid to stay there and left immediately. Now we are trying to get our money back. Do not stay here. "

"The hotel was well located to the bech and bus terminal. the hotel was satisfactory. the view of Mount Etna and beach was very nice.. Main issue was the coffee and juice machines. the coffee was actually chicory and not coffee at all. the juice was not fresh but seened to be some sort of powder mixture. breakfast was satisfactory. croissants had hairs in on first and second visit. not much help from reception regards trips and now to get there."

"Accueil glacial, on nous a réclamé de suite la taxe de séjour, quand on a demandé le parking, précise dans l’annonce, ce n’était en fait que la rue. Quant à la piscine (petit bassin triangulaire) celle ci est payante, 8€ par personne !! Honteux. Et refus de nous servir un petit déjeuner alors que nous avons vu un buffet prévu à cet effet. Le tout dans un quartier avec rue passagère (train et voiture) notre chambre ayant un mur sur la rue. Nous ne conseillons pas. "

Excellent ammenities are supplied in spades. By far the most exceptional part of your stay is the service provided by Francesco, Emanuele and in particular daughter Aurelia Giulia. Such a pleasure to meet this amazing Family & Property. The breakfast provided is an event not to be missed. Just amazing!!! Brilliant views of Mount Etna is just...
