"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. Lighting was pretty rough, and did not make the room comfortable to relax in. Hotel porter was asked to call us a cab, for two people. A single motorbike arrived, and we needed to wait quite some time for a second bike. "Do not stay here. Absolute ripoff. Their rate was three times the rate of much better hotels. Small rooms with no fans or AC. No hot water. Noisy street all night long. Small desk area for working. Try to cancel and get a refund but they just ignore all communication. Very bad customer support all around."
