"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. Lighting was pretty rough, and did not make the room comfortable to relax in. Hotel porter was asked to call us a cab, for two people. A single motorbike arrived, and we needed to wait quite some time for a second bike. "Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again."

"Overall we had a pleasant stay. When we arrived they could not find our reservation, this does not surprise me because it was hard booking a room online or getting someone to respond to my emails. I finally booked a room on Expedia yet they still did not see my reservation. However, the staff was kind and did give us a room, we only had to wait a few minutes. "Despite being told that my booking was guaranteed and that you withdrew monies from my account - on arrival I was told that Sunbird had no knowledge of the booking, were full and had no knowledge of Hotels.com. My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date.
