"My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. Our room was spacious and even had a small balcony furnished with seats and a table. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great night’s sleep here. A couple of downsides though. "the hotel is to the standard you would presume for a 2 star hotel. you get what you paid for.. breakfast served at la chill was good but dont ask for any drink even water because you wont get it. I was served tap water... room was big but bathroom is very dirty, towels were horrible (take your own!) and house keeping didnt come our whole stay! very good location though, although a lot of noise from the restaurant till very late!"

"Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. We were in one of the bungalows and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was great. Just big enough and a lovely design, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas around it, towels provided. Breakfast was very good and we ate in the restaurant a couple of nights and it was very tasty. The area around is partly village / partly scrubland. The hotel organised scooters for us. It was 5 mins to SELONG Belanak beach and about 30mins to kuta. You can walk to a couple of eateries a few minutes down the road. "
