"A good hotel, nice clean room with aircon, TV etc. Breakfast is provided across from the hotel entrance in a restaurant overlooking the lake. A lovely setting. The breakfast was good, as was the evening meal with lots of couples eating in.No problem with the location, quiet area with transport easily obtainable. All in all excellent value for what we paid. "

"Bedsheets and blanket were badly worn out and seemed unwashed for weeks, hot water would only last 2 mins and then one has to wait 20 mins to heat up and then would again last only 2mins, we were charged for extra bed which they never gave us."

"First of all the approach road to Zana Lake Resort is horrible. The concept of hotel is different. There is no reception. I called from the room phone intercom to reach the person who checked us in . I tried since early morning till noon. No response. I felt its unsafe when there is no contact with anyone for any need. No mini fridge or ice. No Other activities in the resort area except swimming pool. It's built in remote village area without building infrastructure. I paid $162.21 (13380 Rs)....
