"Staff was excellent and helpful with all our questions, easy access to the ski center, excellent restaurants with in 5 minutes walking distance, breakfast was wonderful. Only downside is when pub is open it is noisy until 3 am and elevator was not working at 5 am so we had to get the luggage downstairs. Even with those item the cost was so low it was well worth the stay."

"Amazing hotel, very badly let down by the staff. There is absolutely no attention to detail. They are all lovely but they tell you as little as possible unless you ask. No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. You have to ask for absolutely everything which I wouldn’t mind if I was in a low budget accommodation which this is not. I would stay...

We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. "I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security...

Hotellet har ringe serviceforhold og elendig comfort på værelset, dårlig spiseforhold, forfaldne bad og toilet faciliteter, samt forfaldne udendørsarealer. "Be aware that sheets/towels and breakfast are extra...we didnt know that beforehand and ended up costing about $160 more for a family of four. The area is beautiful and very quiet. The cabin was clean and large, with a loft that slept four which my kids loved. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and cookware. We had a very relaxing, pleasant stay. To get to the cabin, you need to drive through a gate (and need to pay about $5 using a credit card) and then find the main lodge. None of this...
