"The whole place seemed to be run by one person, a lady who could not speak a word of English. She was nice and all smiles, but ran the hotel rather unprofessionally. She was not to be found in the original reception, but had set up some sort of reception in the restaurant so she could cover the restaurant as well. "We stayed at the Meridiana for a few days to explore the area around Arbus. The hotel is very nice, situated near the town center. The hotel offers a nice breakfast and also has a restaurant with Pizzeria. We ate there every night as the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The restaurant offers regional food,sea food and great pizza, made right inside the seating area. The sites around Arbus are quiet, even during high season (maybe that was also because it was very hot outside) The nearby beaches are spectacular. Then there is the pool which is nicely done and which offers plenty of shaded places to relax with a view of the city and the nearby gardens. Just nice."
