"A very loud fire alarm went off at 4am and went on for quite a while. I was already running on the stairs when it stopped. Goodbye sleep. The following morning I was expecting some apologies but no. When I mentioned it, the guy at the reception very cheerfully said "Oh, that. Yes, there was no fire, it was just a coffee machine. But so we know that the alarm works!" Which is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern idea of sense of humour, maybe."

"Et dejligt hotel, hvor vi via altan havde udsigt til Inselsee, der har et fantastisk dyreliv. Vi havde hund med, som blev modtaget godt med hundeoverraskelser, mad/vandskåle, osv. God restaurant på hotellet, hvor personalet var venlige og imødekommende. Personalet: Reception, restaurant og rengøring var venlige."

"Buchung 1 Tag vorher ohne Probleme ,Auf individuellen Wunsch wurde prompt reagiert. Organisation der Mahlzeiten hervorragend , ebenso die Qualität . Wenn das Hotel noch einen Personenaufzug besizten würde wären überall 5 Sterne gerechter zu vergeben als bei so manchen "5 Sterner " . Nochmals vielen Dank . Komme wieder !"
