"Rude welcome during check-in, unreasonable documents requested (not required in any other hotels or by governmental policies). Thin walls, the discussions that started 5 am in the morning in the room next door, we very loud. No proper Western breakfast, coffee was bad. - The hotel was brand-new, so all was nice in good conditions, still .... all-in-all was the team not trained, lost, unfriendly; it looks pretty much like a management problem. "I had no problems getting everything I needed even without speaking any Mandarin. The staff was so friendly and really went above and beyond during my stay here. It's a great hotel for the price!"

Very unprofessional and unhelpful response from Expedia when contacted about this matter that they are giving false information which is their fault but even then they put a penalty on me. And that too was like the penalty for cancellation after the stay date was mentioned 1 night charges plus taxes but the penalty put on of their own fault was 3 times the penalty mentioned.
