We truly appreciated that this unit came with the garage and with all of the beach items you could need to enjoy: snorkeling gear, beach towels, ice chests, wagon, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs. "CONS: Not impressed with the quality of the beds/bedding (outdated/old/worn). Carpet was in need of a deep cleaning or better yet, replacement! Patio and furniture were filthy.
