"we are satisfied overall except when we were checking out,the receptionist did not give me a printed receipt .i got receipt on my previous stays even when i booked here but she said they dont print because i bought at a third party.."

"We arrived to the hotel (at 1am) after a 3 time delayed flight. Upon arrival, the front desk associate (I don't think I received his name) was just as pleasant as he could be. He gave us information about our visit and Huntsville in general, as well as wear to purchase essentials and clothing because our suitcases were on another flight! What a trip! But it was great to stay at such a clean hotel with a welcoming staff!"

"Check in was smooth and quick. Lobby is beautifully renovated. Would like to see more luggage carts though. Hotel website implies there is a spa at hotel, but there is NO SPA or MASSAGE service available. Website needs to be updated with correct information. All areas of hotel were clean and staff was friendly and helpful."
