"A very convenient hotel near the transport hub and allowed us to walk to the river and see some of the sights. Allowed us then to go into the old part of the city the next day and visit a museum. Staff were very helpful and nice. Room was comfortable and v clean"

"Older hotel in okay condition very in need of updating. Parts of the spa are out of order (cold plunge) and the entire pool and spa area is often pretty smelly. That being said, the sauna is huge and wonderful! "

"Nach fast 10 Jahren nochmals dort gewesen. Bis auf den geschlossenen Pool und anderem Besitzer alles wie früher. Super Preis-Leistungsverhätnis. Schöne funktionale Zimmer mit tollem Balkon. Frühstück war gut aber wenig Auswahl. Lag wohl an den wenigen Urlaubern. Eigentlich schade das in den letzten Jahren nicht mehr in dieses wunderschöne, geschichtliche Hotel investiert wurde. Hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder."

"The family room was great. I loved the two bedrooms. The shower was small but it was ok, there was a bit of mold, which I’ve come to get used to in Germany. I was so grateful for their awesome AC because it was very warm outside. It works well and it’s quiet. It is only in the main room though so we had to leave the doors open so the second room could cool down as well. The highlight was the breakfast, they had typical German choices but also warm scrambled eggs and bacon and a really cool...

"The hotel was great except for the limited time to use the panorama salon which was only for breakfast. It has an amazing view but only available until 10 am. Apparently it makes too much noise for those on the floor below. What a waste of space as it is stunning. It would be nice to be able to get some food or drink at your hotel. "

"Adorable place. We stayed in family room for 1 night. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom is downstairs which was different but we had no problems. 5 generation hoteliers, the place is well cared for! Highly recommend. Plus the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Loved it!"

"Lovely hotel not far from the Rhine. Staff were very friendly & spoke English well. The public rooms are lovely & lovely terraces to sit out on & enjoy a drink. Dinner was absolutely fabulous, they are obviously have a fantastic chef & team. Room was a bit disappointing, small but fairly functional but nowhere to do hair & makeup & layout any toiletries. Manageable for 1 night but will book a bigger room next time "
