"We booked the manor. Without informing us they placed us in a garden room. When we noticed this they informed us that the room in the manor was claimed by the owner. At the end they solved it well they gave us a house. In general Diemersfontein is outdated. Staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurant is good. "

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit and were very impressed from the Smeg stove to the dishwasher, the aircon worked well and fans were much needed in the bedrooms. "Somehow we got a Standard cottage which I think is a Hotels.com glitch but we were happy with it. Not many other people otherwise the cottages may have been a bit close together, also quite near the road (Pinotage cottage). Nice pool and spa and deck that looks out onto a dry field with zebra and springbok. Nice view onto the mountains. Well-situated."
