"Great stay, service and location. The bathrooms could do with some improvement though. The shower curtains are terrible and water just floods the whole bathroom. There are no hangers for the towels either. Apart from that (which wasn't an issue as such), we had a great stay. Thank you"

"Typical Holiday inn Express. Bit chaotic on arrival - better signing to entrance when driving would be helpful & bigger area to unload as no space - had to drive into large underground car park (plenty of space) but then walk back long way carrying stuff to hotel. Room was fine though bed mattress sinking in middle a bit & noise outside woke us early on Sunday. Sunday breakfast at 09.30 was certainly peak time - only one poor woman racing around trying to clean & clear tables was woefully...
