I called head of time and they arranged to have our room key put in a lock box at the front door. Certainly there is no staff in sight after 8pm. There is no A/C in the room and even in May it was pretty stuffy (I did notice a fan in the closet though). "

The room was nice, clean, stylishly decorated; the only issue (a slight one) was a kind of weird smell in the bathroom and only a half-roll of the TP.
