"A very friendly and well kept hotel with a fantastic kitchen and some lovely wines, as you might expect from a hotel in the Mosel. We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash. "

Receptionist was locking up as we arrived and wasn’t expecting us, despite on-line info saying reception until 10:00pm and restaurant open. Restaurant was closed as we’re bar and spa. We wouldn’t have come so far off our route if we’d known none of the facilities were available. Fortunately able to eat at restaurant nearby. "
