"Clean room and hotel was convenient for my short stay. Staff were very professional, warm and responsive and I would like to make a special mention of the young gentleman who helped me when I had issues connecting to WiFi. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he was excellent and patiently helped me to identify why I was unable to connect to WiFi. He made me feel valued as a customer and it is staff like him that really make a stay memorable and I am very grateful. Great location near...

"Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. I enjoyed coffee and early sun on the roof deck with the resident cat. "

Ha sido la estancia que más he disfrutado en mis vacaciones gracias a su hospitalidad, en verdad te hacen sentir como en casa, todo el tiempo están atentos a tus necesidades y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Los noodles en las mañanas y el café, exquisitos! Habitación grande, de dos recámaras en dos pisos, con todos los servicios 6 vistas espectaculares al pie de la puerta al cielo. En verdad gracias por todo! No puedo esperar a regresar! "
