"Staff is very helpful."

"We booked a queen deluxe room for one night. Picked up the room keys in the afternoon but didn’t go to the room straight away as we had a function to go to. On arriving back later that evening on opening the room we were quickly disappointed. Generally the room was quite dusty and felt dirty. The curtains need replacing and were not hanging correctly. The TV remote didn’t work and the back of the air conditioners remote was missing. In the bathroom there was old soap in the soap dish, no hair...

"Aplace to put suitcases and a bedside light on both sides of the bed! Otherwise all good"

"Good location, clean premises. Rooms small. Getting in and out of the bathroom a little difficult. Breakfast not included in room rent. Good parking facilities."

"The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Having a back patio to sit on and a free guest laundry were an added bonuses. Everything I needed for a four day stay was provided in the room. Would definitely stay again."

"Location was nice and quiet. Shower was good. Bed was very hard. Lots of little flying nats in room, was a bit annoying."

"The accommodation was easy to find and accessing the room simple, thanks to fancy technology. The room was clean, quiet and well maintained, and conveniently located next to a Coles. My only disappointment was expecting a coffee machine, as shown in the online photos, but overall a very comfortable stay which I would recommend to others."

"Easy walk to numerous restaurants Very quiet apartment. Apartment has everything you need."

"The bathrooms need to be redone as they have mould. We were looking forward to using the spa bath but didn’t as the jets were mouldy and had soap scum. The rooms are a nice size. Staff are beautiful"

"good"

"Front door damaged unable to lock Toilet cistern not working + toilet broken No ventilation in bathroom Half used bathroom amenities Curtains hanging off tracking- broken hooks Damaged ceiling panels Stained carpeting throughout Reception smelt of cooking on arrival and lady clearing dishes in the background Pool GREEN Overall unhygienic and below Australian standards NO STARS"

"An inexpensive accommodation option, central to Maitland."

"This was our second stay in the past two months and once again all the staff were very helpful and considerate. A special mention for Mariela who once again was very personable and professional in helping us, given one of us had a temporary mobility issue to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate to book again."

"Great location, clean and quite new. We would happily stay here again."
