"The location is excellent - right near the boardwalk, plus a grocery store & minimart with pizza restaurant within a couple of blocks. The parking is safe/secure, and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good! "

"Very friendly service and we were given a lovely corner room with a sea view of Playa Brava. Good facilities generally - TV with some english channels, good breakfast included, very nice outdoor heated swimming pool, free parking underneath the hotel, good air conditioning, bath and shower. Only detraction was the WiFi which worked well in public areas but not well in our room. Easy to walk to the beaches and cafes and restaurants. All in all a very good stay."

"Happy with our choice of hotel in Arica. Relatively quiet, a little walk from the town but not a problem. Nice to have 2 pools close to the sea. Hotel a little " tired" in parts but comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good. Enjoyed bar and restaurant food too. Staff generally good."

I was also told it was fine to leave at 6am as the front door is locked and you need the staff to open it for you. But in the morning there was no one at the desk, and found the night staff was in another room sleeping and didn’t wake up until I continued calling the hotel number. "Hotel was booked online through Expedia by visa but hotel management was not accepted the visa and asked to pay in cash therefore management canceled the reservation and I had to go some other place."
