The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. There hsve been problems in the past with the door locks do now they have installed a key sytem but unfortunately the key is vrry dtiff and it is difficult to...

The hotel has had some improvements over the last couple of years , sadly the beautiful restaurant has had modern tables put in and now it’s only a breakfast room such a shame . But the restaurant was fantastic food and lovely service . The town was very pleasant to look around . "

The first room we have been given was not cleaned and very dusty, luckily the staff were very understanding and relocated us in a better room. The general stay was OK but not the best for the same hotels chain. "

"A lovely 3* hotel. Immaculately clean, well presented and with excellent service. The fit out of the rooms is new and well maintained; it is a little functional (rather than boutique), in keeping with many modern hotels, but is enhanced by lots of little touches of colour and style (paintings, bed runners, etc). The beds were very comfortable. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent (but if you want frog legs, you'll need to order those in advance!)"
