"Very spacious for a family stay. Understand is a farm style, but cutlery and crockery are very old rusted and I think not clean and safe to use. Farm style is nice, but the place needs some upgrades and more comfort to suit today's lifestyle. Close to the shopping centre and entertainment. Very nice that it's not in the city centre. Hopefully a more modern environment in a few years time. "

"Lovely little hidden gem in Jeffrey’s bay. Hosts were friendly and room was neat. I did however book with breakfast and the host chose to only honour it on the first day and thereafter said that there was a mistake with my booking even though I clearly showed her the confirmation that included breakfast. "Amazing views and room. Great breakfast and excellent host, including good recommendations for eating and drinking around town. Location is by the canals, which are very picturesque and there is even a kayak to use on the canals! The walk into the main town is around 20-25 minutes (very safe)."

"We received a different room than initially booked. arriving there was a hole in our bedroom door externally. Internally the wooden tiles in room were missing some. The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind. The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap."

Will stay again The only thing I can say is that the person underneath our apartment had a braai outside and when we opened our room window the whole room was flooded with smoke. "The place is lovely. They have swimming pool indoor and outdoor, you have your own room with a private toilet and a terrace with a nice view. They also have few animals which is really nice. The place has got all the safety measures to make you feel safe. They also have a kitchen that you can use and you need to share with other guests but consider they have just few rooms we have never bumped in other people and we could use whenever we wanted. "The main room bed slats were broken, on investigation make shift slats where put in between the broken slats. This resulted in us rolling towards the centre. For that type of money I expected a comfortable nights sleep. Not impressed at all. "

"The guest house was beautiful and offered secured parking. Our host, Audrey, and her staff were lovely and very helpful. And she makes a great breakfast. It wasn't right on the beach but it was an easy and short walk and the price was affordable. We would definitely stay there again."
