"This hotel is a tranquil visit into the past. The decorations and furnishings all take you back 150years but the facilities (bathrooms and internet) are all modern. We loved its riverside location, it was good for our soul to relax after the business of Delhi, Vindravan and Agra. The staff were very friendly. "

"The Staff is not cooperative at all, really had a bad experience ..like the worst experience ever had. They Exploit the customers. Working like Thieves. Don't Book the Rooms through websites or Apps."

"Though this property is relatively new there is a lack of proper management and ownership. Room had sewage odors coming in. No running hot water, and on top of it the service staff unaccepted the fact that thereโs no hot water.
We wasted our morning time, peace of mind in the midst of our family trip and hotel staff offered free cup of tea (wow) to compensate it. Overall, I wonโt recommend this property they are not worth the charges they ask for."

"At the time of check-in,Hotel Bundelkhand Pride told us that they donโt have tie up with Hotels.com and kept us waiting for long time, even if I showed them the email of confirmation from Hotels.com. Hotels.com should clarify. "
