"Property should not advertise on Expedia. Had no record of our reservation and did not have one of the rooms we requested. Were not prepared for our stay at all. Adjusted by providing an extra room. None of them had toiletries and none of the TVs worked. One room was in back of hotel where people were burning trash and could smell in room. "Beach was beautiful- World Class! The room was perfect- great size. Food was excellent with good variety for all. Pool was fun and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. But remember that you are in a resort- best to go out and do some local shopping to get a real feel for the area. Recommend guests to go out on the beach first light to see the fishing boats come in."
