"I stayed at Sahana Castle three times this year and my stay was always convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, and the food at the Chettinad restaurant is great. It's also located opposite to the bus terminal which makes it easy for reaching other places. "

"The hotel room was terrible, the linens on the bed was used with visible stain, no hot water facility, no one was there to respond to anyone/anything, the included breakfast wasn't served at all. By far the worst hotel experience in India."
