I also really enjoyed the breakfast served! It was a mixture of Japanese and Western foods. The hotel itself is right across from the airport's Access Plaza, which holds the Tourist Information center and the train station. I only speak a little Japanese, and after a full day of traveling, and I needed help checking in. The staff member helping me was incredibly kind. The walls are a little thin, and that could be a problem for light sleepers. I was fine though!"

"Pros: great staff, clean rooms, quiet, close to train station Cons: very very hard beds and pillows. It felt like sleeping on the floor. Also it's in a nightlife (red light) area with mostly bars so it's hard to find places to eat dinner that allow kids."

"The hotel wasn’t fancy, but it was competent. It is a slightly upscale business hotel. The rooms were cramped but clean, and the breakfast offerings were smaller than usual, but the menu was thoughtful and offered something for everybody. The hotel seeks to differentiate itself with a family-friendly image. They offer a free toy to each child after breakfast, plus a free-use toy cabinet in the lobby to entertain them during down times. The toys are well-taken care of. There is no feeling that they are hand-me-downs in need of a battery. The hotel is also a five-minute walk from the station and an excellent array of dining choices for any palette, which are also child-friendly. There is also a nice park and playground a few minutes walk away. The only downside is the distance from the beach, which is more a problem of geography than the hotel."
