I bring my elderly parents and my special needs little brother thanks to the staff on duty (regret didn't remember his name) we got to change to ground floor room since they are unable to climb the stairs. "

Super friendly and helpful staff that offered us a free early check-in at 1pm. Great location in new town (although be prepared for a bit of a hike if you're walking from the railway station). Close to markets and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again."
