"Firstfully I had made a mistake when booking the room. I did select "superious room" which happened to be room without any windows. This was my own mistake but I was really dissapointed that the upgrade to a room with windows would have costed approx. the same price than the original room we took. I was a bit surprised of this because the hotel was almost empty of the other guests during our stay. The restaurant had a nice menu, but there was no seafood available! Das Restaurant hat auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick und die Terrasse ist einfach nur traumhaft. Das essen sehr lecker und das Personal super freundlich. Wirklich weiterzuempfeheln!"

"We could not reach CasaVelion due to Covid restriction, the management decided to keep the whole amount of our stay without any kind of refund. The reservation did not allow cancellation, I am aware about this, but for this extraordinary and dramatic event I would expect an extraordinary behaviour. For sure I will never reserve rooms in CasaVelion! "
