"Another nice stay at Stotfield Hotel with a sea view room overlooking the Moray Firth .Staff are amazingly friendly . Good choice of meal in the evening . "It is a charming old hotel with lots of character. Unfortunately, the maintenance staff must not be able to look up as paint is peeling off ceiling and bathroom light fixtures are missing cover. People complain of the creaking floors, but that is part of an old building. Had a beautiful view out front. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only suggestion was to add a handrail inside the shower and maybe a small corner shelf for shampoo, conditioner , shower gel it’s much better for someone disabled. "Very welcoming. We stayed in the suite which was huge with 2 separate bedrooms and small dining area in the middle and a separate bathroom. Service and food was excellent. Especially the evening meals in the restaurant on the ground floor, all homemade meals - recommend the beef and ale pie! Breakfast was good, plenty of options even with a fussy child. There was confusion about parking at first but plenty on the main road and plenty in a public car park next door. There is actually some to the...
