It’s a beautiful, peaceful place with a quiet and calming view. The only thing we missed was a fridge in the room, but even that isn’t enough to take away a star—everything else was truly top-notch. "I’m staying at this hotel often in the last two years, but hotel services and comfort levels are dropping continuously. - room very noisy from pipes or ceiling fan who never stopped during the night. Telling this issue to the receptionist looks like she was aware, other customers complained in the last month!!! - no shampoo or towels left in the room after cleaning, need to ask reception… - restaurant service terrible, waiting time for food, even if restaurant is half empty is very long and unprofessional service "
