"Great resort. If you come to Phichit, which I also recommend, this is the best place to stay. This hotel has a very comfortable bed, great air-con, great TV & the breakfast is great. "The reception staff struggled to find our reservation and we needed to wait for a couple of minutes for them to sort it out. We were a bit upset because she said they have never received payments upfront from any booking websites in the past and she couldn’t find our payment as well. "Great resort. If you come to Phichit, which I also recommend, this is the best place to stay. This hotel has a very comfortable bed, great air-con, great TV & the breakfast is great. My room came with a free breakfast & it was delicious. The service, staff & cleanliness at this resort was excellent. You could tell they pride themselves on cleanliness here. Also my Wife & I wanted to go to see the crocodile pit which I highly recommend. Instead of letting us walk, which we were prepared to do , instead the amazing front desk employee who checked us in allowed us to take one of the staffs motorbikes for free. Wow, this was an amazingly nice gesture. Thank you to everyone at the property. Your hotel, food & service were wonderful. If you go to Phichit, you should for sure stay here. We were so relaxed throughout the stay. Things were stress free & we had a very nice calm & relaxing feel because the vibe here was very chill & enjoyable. Thank you Fahluang! "
