"Clean property but need to take better care of the serving tray inside the room and also the amenities kept in the room. Overall a good property and helpful staff who proactively came to my room when the landline was not working properly…"

"I did not stay because they refused to honor the booking"

"Property is very well maintained with European looks ."

"Essential basic and clean facilities, with great staff and good local food at the restaurant. Ginger was a cost effective hotel that fitted my budget for a few days. Airport side of town was convenient, but not much around within walking distance."

"The property is worth the stay. The food is amazing and the service is top notch"

"We stayed there for 2 nights and the property was pretty and really had great views of the lake. The breakfast lunch dinner was really tasty."

"Comfortable mattress hot shower in clean bathroom with great fast internet. The road is busy and bus and taxis stop outside. The best rooms are by the balcony over the road. Quieter rooms are at the back. Use a mobile out of hours and reception helps you. All staff helped the foreigners with kindness. Thanks "

"Room is decent, staff is very good& dinner food menu is very good."

"The room was clean, tidy & quite spacious. Bed was comfortable. The room was a bit dated but functional. Staff were attentive & assisted in arranging transport to the airport at check out."
