"The communication was terrible. I sent two messages on Hotels.com the morning prior arrival and never get any answer. We arrived at 17 at the flat and when I called the host he said he would be here "in a minute". We waited 45 mn. Not a nice experience after hours of driving. Then an hostesd came and checked in us in 5mn without even apologize. A part of that the flat is well located, 5 mn from a great beach and 15mn from the "center". "We recently had a fantastic family stay at this hotel in room 260 with an amazing sea view. With two young kids (ages 4 and 7), the all-inclusive option was perfect, and the food was consistently delicious. "Lorena apartments are a superb accommodation in Pomena! Location is excellent, tucked away from busy port where the boats and yachts dock yet on a walking distance to excellent restaurants and entrance to the beautiful national park. Interior is well maintained with modern and tasteful style and the apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a stay. Hosts are very welcoming and super helpful. Highly recommend Lorena for stay in Mljet!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip. Overall, the experience was solid. The room was exceptionally clean, which made a big difference. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the self check-in system was smooth and convenient—perfect for a hassle-free arrival. While the hotel itself is fairly average in terms of amenities, the cleanliness, great service, and easy check-in process really stood out. I'd consider staying again for a simple, stress-free stay."

There were plenty of activities to enjoy, including free access to kayaks, paddleboards, and bike rentals. Our older son loved borrowing a football, and it was great to have so many options included. The staff were incredibly helpful. When our son got a spider bite on his ear, the receptionist lady kindly assisted us in looking for a cream and suggested a nearby emergency clinic if needed. We were also touched by the hotel’s thoughtful gesture of gifting a bottle of local red wine and chocolates to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We spent much of our time enjoying the hotel itself, as there was plenty to entertain the kids right on-site, making for a truly relaxing stay. One tip for future guests: consider bringing insect repellent as the mosquitos were noticeable. Overall, our experience was exceptional, with every detail exceeding our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay!"
