"Sok Sabay is a beautiful oasis but outside the confines is garbage and skeletons of buildings that were started then abandoned before finished. The restaurant in the resort was a real surprise with Khmer and French influences. Staff can’t do enough for you. The resort could use some maintenance but for money it’s a bargain and if I ever returned to Cambodia I’d stays again on way to islands. The Otres beaches are within walking distance.
