"The place was nice and clean, but the problem was communication. We reached out to the Agent of the place regarding a WiFi and how to connect the tv as it is an old Sinotec smart tv, we only got the password from the lady and she ignored communications on how to connect the tv. She also ignored communication of where should we get the keys to the pool from. I even sent messages on the Hotels.com website to the property and nobody responded. "

"Our stay was okay however a few experiences we encountered was disappointing. Some of the equipment was old, coffee machine was broken and could not be used. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms, limited towels to use for 6 people. We were equipped to braai but was not able to as the gas braai was not working. We were very disappointed with this as we specifically enquired about this before checking in. There was no WiFi available and lack of communication on the welcome pack regarding WiFi...

"Rod was a great host - a fan in one of the bedrooms was not working (we only realized as we were going to bed) and he brought us a new one straight away. As for the place itself, that was fine, but amenities lacking. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms and only one toilet roll per bathroom - in a place that sleeps 6 people. The only air conditioner is in the lounge and it does not cool even the lounge properly on the lowest setting. The mobile airconditioning unit in the main bedroom...
