"The rooms are very dated. Beds are not all that comfortable. We had to open and lock the room from the inside with a key that was difficult to use. It took both me and my daughter trying the key before we could get the door opened. We could hear the people in the room beside us talking as if they were in the room with us!"

"The hotel is way outside of Astorga, and it looks like the hotel that the apocalypse left behind. There were almost no guests. The whole staff leaves at 4pm. They do not serve real food despite having a restaurant. Much of the grounds are in a state of disrepair. If you want dinner, you have to walk along the highway to another hostel down the road. "Only problem was that the directions were incorrect and we got horribly lost, it didn't help that we also made an error in the autovia we took. It is a very basic hotel but great for a cheap overnight stay. Everyone was helpful when we finally arrived."

"Delightful property - wish we had been able to stay longer. The house is charming as are the hosts. There is a pleasant garden, a little river that runs behind, it is a quick and easy drive to Astorga. Breakfast was delicious with lots of homemade food items. "
