"Our stay was not that great. We arrived and the hotel had cancelled our reservation.
Our reservation said "you will pay at the hotel..." but the hotel tried to charge us in advance, my card was declined so they cancelled the reservation. They claim they have tried to contact me.
I asked why they did not contact Hotels.com, who could have sent me an email, and they said hotels.com did not pick up the phone. So they just cancelled my reservation.

My only issue was that the A/C wasnt working and night was kind of hot but mostly humidity.
Javier and her wife offer a discount because of this so i feel they were very sorry for the issue!
View is perfect, meals were perfect and not too many rooms what makes it even more quite....
