"Check-in took too long as they were confused about 2 rooms being under 1 booking, they gave our guests a room that was already occupied and then had to change it after the bellhop alerted them to the issue, thankfully it was before they walked into an occupied room. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, the balcony was left unlocked and we didn’t realize until the next morning. The pipes made terrible loud and vibrating noises, I had to leave the bathroom sink running all night in order to sleep....

We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave. The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys. But the hotel staff could not help us when we asked for sheets for the couch/bed, fan, and soap. They said they had all of those things, but they could not give us any because we were staying in...

"Das piores que já tive o desprazer de me hospedar. Ar condicionado pingando a noite toda, ducha toda entupida( água pra todos os lados, menos na cabeça, eu que providenciei uma agulha e limpei). Quarto e banheiro sem janelas, um verdadeiro calabouço.
