"This property is in the park and so you can get to the entrance by 6am when they open. The grounds are lovely as you are in the tropical forest. The first night we were there we heard howler monkeys close by and saw a Toucan (wild) and many birds. The hotel is supposedly run entirely on solar power, although that’s not something I could verify. But kudos to them. The room was very spacious for my son and I and so was the bathroom. "Beautiful hotel on the shore of a beautiful lake. Facilities are excellent, comfortable, even too perfect. Staff is super friendly and will help all your needs. My daughters (8 and 10) ranked it in their top 3 hotels they have visited because they had so much fun, especially in the lake and pool. Very recommended."

"Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso.
