"Fabulous hotel. Stayed here for almost 2 weeks in total. Staff are friendly and nice, rooms are spacious and comfortable, good facilities (gym, sauna, pool), good wifi, great breakfast for the price. It's about 5-8 minutes to the BTS, and there are malls and supermarkets located all around the station. Not a luxury hotel and the building is a bit old, but it doesn't take away from the value. "An excellent and no-nonsense stay at this hotel. My stay was in a very clean room, at a hotel run by professional and friendly staff. I particularly liked how there was a water machine on the ground floor where I could fill up my water bottle each day before I headed out to explore. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, with both the subway and SkyTrain 3 minutes walk away, as well as Terminal 21 shopping centre just down the street. "All the people who work at Chillax are very helpful. Especially the gentleman who carried our luggage to the room. The room was lovely. The bed was really comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job and made up our beds very comfortably. The pool is great. My only complaint is the coffee was overcooked. And bitter. Thank you. "
