"Everything and all of the staff was excellent. The hotel is gorgeous. If i have to say a negative comment it was it was extremely cold in the building and the room. I had to turn on the heat. They may need to have a hvac company come out to adjust the system. Another issue was my bed wad hard as a rock. I stayed for one night and will definitely come and stay again when i return. Keep up the great customer service."

". We didn't get up on time for breakfast but I'm sure that it was delicious. The rooms are cleaned. Staff is very friendly. The location is very close to shopping marts. I don't know about pets. But whatever the staff uses to get rid of pet odors works!! Because my allergies were not affected. We arrived Friday afternoon for check-in. Sometime during the night the bathroom sink got backup and the floor in front of the sink was wet. I contacted the front desk and they sent maintenance to take care of it. It was done when we return to room. No more problems and YES we will stay there again."
