I am so grateful to the people at Pan Hotel. I got lost on a hike one hour away from the hotel. I called for help and they called a taxi for me. It was very hard to find me but they stayed on the phone with me until they knew I was safe. When I got back to the hotel (late), I was greeted with a smile and so much kindness. The room was beautiful and had everything that I needed. I wish I could have spent more time there instead of being lost!! But I am so so grateful for the people who helped me....
