I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "No water in the room and no tea and coffee or kettle in the room. They only have single beds and no double. Strangest thing is the toilet has no sink- very unhygienic- you have to go to the shower room which is separate to wash hands at the sink. "
